HOW DO I RENEW MY MEMBERSHIP?

Notifications and Application Forms will be sent to all 2016/2017 members. Members to enable them to renew their existing membership from June 6, 2017. The closing date for same seat guarantee is 5pm Wednesday July 19, 2017.

WILL I BE ABLE TO DO A TOUR OF nib Stadium PRIOR TO PURCHASING MY 2017/18 MEMBERSHIP?

Unfortunately we are unable to facilitate tours of nib Stadium. The nib Stadium seating map is available via our website www.perthglory.com.au or membership.perthglory.com.au Your online membership application form provides you the opportunity to nominate your seating preferences. Please ensure you note any preferences on your form. Although Perth Glory FC will use its best endeavours to fulfil your seating request, if your preference is unavailable, or if you do not request a seating preference, you will be allocated to the best available seat at the time of processing.

WHAT IS A VALID CONCESSION?

Holders of a current Aged Pension, Seniors, Disability Card Perth Glory accepts an accompanying Carers Card free of charge, as well as students who hold a full time Student Card for 2017-18. Please notify the club of your concession type and relevant card number on application to avoid any delays in receiving your 2017-18 membership. All concession members must have identification available for presentation upon entry on match day and when requested whilst at the ground.

WHAT AGE DO I NEED TO BE IN ORDER TO RECEIVE A JUNIOR MEMBERSHIP?

Children must be 16 years of age or under at the time of membership purchase to qualify for a junior membership. Date of Birth must be given at the time of application. Children aged 3 years or under will be admitted free to Perth Glory FC home games at nib Stadium but will not be provided with a seat. Relevant junior tickets need to be purchased for children occupying seats.

DOES PERTH GLORY OFFER MEMBERSHIPS FOR OUT OF TOWNERS?

Perth Glory has a Deep Purple Membership available which includes 1 ticket to any 2 Home or Away Fixtured Games. Requests for tickets must be submitted at least 3 weeks before the game. There is also the Country Membership which entitles to a Silver Family ticket (2 Adults 2 Juniors) but must be 75km radius from Perth CBD to qualify.

DISABLED CAR PARKING

Disabled parking for nib Stadium home games is available for $10 per car. Entrance is off Lord Street. Must show your current ACROD Permit and must be displayed on the windscreen.

IS PUBLIC TRANSPORT INCLUDED IN MY MEMBERSHIP?

No, but we still recommend the use of public transport to travel to Perth Glory home games at nib Stadium due to the limited parking areas around the Stadium.

WHAT IS PERTH GLORY’S REFUND & EXCHANGE POLICY?

Membership applications will be processed as they are received and cannot be withdrawn once processed. Whilst every reasonable effort will be made to accommodate seating preferences, if your preference is unavailable or if you do not request a seating preference you will be allocated the best available seat at time of processing. As such, Membership will not be refunded on the basis of specific seat allocation or dissatisfaction with the provision of individual elements of the entitlements. Please ensure you read the Terms and Conditions before purchasing/renewing your Membership.

WHAT IF I LOST MY MEMBERSHIP CARD OR SEASON TICKET?

You will need to contact the Club immediately and a replacement card/ticket will be issued. A $10 fee will need to be paid prior to you collecting your replacement card. In the event the replacement card has not been received by the next home game a lost ticket voucher will be issued on match day at the membership office at Gate 1, nib Stadium.

IF I HAVE ANY MEMBERSHIP ENQUIRIES ON MATCH DAY WHERE DO I GO?

The Perth Glory Membership Office is located at Gate 1 at nib Stadium on all home games. The office is opened 60 mins prior to the fixture’s kick-off time.

WHAT IF I GET TO THE GAME AND REALISED I DON’T HAVE MY MEMBERSHIP CARD?

Please visit the Perth Glory Membership office at Gate 1 at nib Stadium and a Lost Ticket Voucher will be issued upon presentation of ID. The office is opened 60 mins prior to the fixture kick-off time.

IF I CANT ATTEND A HOME GAME, CAN MY FRIEND USE MY MEMBERSHIP CARD/SEASON TICKET INSTEAD?

Generally yes, your membership card is transferable, but Adults and Concession holders may not enter on a Junior’s member card, and Adults may not enter on a Concession holder’s card.

CAN I PAY FOR MY MEMBERSHIP IN INSTALMENTS?

Yes. There is our “2017-18 Payment Plan” this option allows members to pay for your membership in instalments provided a valid credit card number is supplied. It is the responsibility of the member to keep their credit card details up to date. Please contact the club immediately with any changes.

IS THERE A MEMBERSHIP AUTO RENEWAL OPTION?

Yes, the Perth Glory FC Paperless Auto-Renewal (PA-R) enables Perth Glory FC members to automatically roll over your membership from year to year. PA-R is open to all members who elect to pay membership fees using a MasterCard or Visa. Those who opt for this option will also be given voting rights to the “Members Choice Player of the Year award” presented at the annual QBE Perth Glory Most Glorious Player Awards night. One lucky member of the PA-R will be given the opportunity to present the award to the winner. HOW DO I GET MY MEMBER PACK?

Members will be able to redeem their member packs by providing the member pack voucher at the first three (3) home games in nib Stadium. The packs will also be available at the Club office in 203 Underwood Avenue, Floreat, 6014. For the packs to be posted to a nominated address an additional $5 fee will be charged. For Deep Purple members an additional fee will be charged for those outside of Australia depending on your postal location.

DO I GET FREE PARKING?

Only Platinum members for the 2017/18 season will get a parking free for each home game at the Royal Street car pack on game days. Parking will be opened 3 hours before kick-off. Platinum members must display the parking pass which will be provided on the car dashboard. There will be 13 different parking passes for each game. Failing to bring the parking pass, Platinum members will be able to purchase tickets for $5. Failing to either display a parking pass or ticket Platinum members can be fined up to $60 by the City of Perth parking authorities.

CAN I GET IN THE SHED WITH ANY MEMBERSHIP?

No. Only a Shed member or a Shed ticket holder is allowed in to the Shed. Please ensure you have the right membership or ticket as the ushers will be checking at all entry points into the Shed

WHAT IF I HAVE A FAMILY MEMBERSHIP BUT ONE JUNIOR IS NOW NO LONGER A JUNIOR?

If at least one child is now aged 17-years-old and hence does not qualify for a Junior membership. This means to renew your membership you will now be classed as four individual members and to assist you in managing the transition price wise, you will be extended a 10% discount entire price for renewing your membership into your new applicable categories.
