HBF PARK
Alcohol Free Seating
Alcohol Free seating areas are available at HBF Park. Perth Glory Members can freely utilize this area of the unreserved blocks, or you can select this option when purchasing tickets via Ticketmaster. The two Alcohol-Free Blocks are located on the South side of the stadium – S223 & S217.
Anti-Social Behaviour
Should you require security assistance during their attendance or would like to report suspicious or inappropriate behaviour, please send an anonymous text to 0466 463 312. Be sure to include your location ie; block number, row & seat number to ensure the issue is resolved in a timely manner.
Banners/Signs
Banners and flags greater than 1m x 1m must receive special permission to gain entry. Please contact Perth Glory FC via email with a photo and description of your banner or flag.
Bars
Information on food and drink options at HBF Park can be found online on their website here.
Bike Racks
Bike Racks can only be found only outside HBF Park near the following areas:
- Entering Gate 1 – closest bike rack is located in the north end of Loton Park opposite Gate 5.
- Entering Gate 3 – Closest bike rack is located on Pier Street between gates 2 & 3.
- Entering Gate 4 – Closest bike rack is located outside Gate 4 in Loton Park.
Bottles / Cans / Outside Beverages
Alcoholic beverages, glass bottles, cans or breakable containers are not to be brought into HBF Park.
Cameras
Recording devices (for commercial purposes) including tripods and cameras with detachable lenses greater than 200mm are not permitted into the venue.
Cashless
HBF Park is now a cashless venue.
Catering
HBF Park have a variety of food and beverage outlets available around the venue, with Paypass, EFTPOS and credit card services available at every bar and food outlet. Catering outlets open to public when gates are open. You are welcome to bring your own packed food in small quantities. Plastic bottles must be sealed. Please note that all alcohol, glass bottles, breakable containers, cans & unsealed beverages are not permitted.
Cloaking
Cloaking facilities are available at Gate 1.
Commercial Food
Commercial food is not permitted. Examples include, but are not limited to, McDonalds, Dominos, Subway etc.

Disability Access
There are numerous facilities available both inside the stadium and surrounding public amenities ensuring all events are easily accessible. Please visit HBF Park page here for further information on the facilities.
Drop off Zone
There is a taxi rank located on Bulwer Street – Exit Gate 1 or 4.
(Private) Drop off:
There is a dedicated bus and small charter drop off/ pick up station on Bulwer Street, adjacent to HBF Park. All other vehicles can drop off and pick up on Wright Street.
First Aid
First aid is available for all matches at HBF Park. If you require medical assistance at a match, please notify a venue usher or security guard and they will be able to assist you.
Gates
There are three public entrances to HBF Park:
- Gate 1 (Heritage Gate on the Corner of Pier Street & Bulwer Street)
- Gate 4 (On Lord Street next to Loton Park)
- Gate 3 (Corner of Brewer Street & Pier Street)
For all events, your match day ticket will indicate which gate to enter and where your seats are located (if allocated).
Getting to the Stadium
The best way to get to HBF Park is by bus or train.

Lost Property
If you’ve lost property during the match please contact the venue following event day.
Media
The media boxes are located in the Western Grandstand on Level 2. Note that appropriate accreditation is required to access these areas.
Membership
Our Perth Glory Membership Information Desk is conveniently located at Gate 1 and opens 90 minutes prior to kick off. The Membership team can also be contacted via email during the match, however we ask that you please allow a reasonable time to receive a response.

Merchandise
Merchandise outlets are located on the Eastern Concourse (at the back of the new Eastern Stand) in Pod numbers 2 & 8. You can also find a merchandise marquee in the kids’ precinct located inside Gate 1. All outlets open from Gates Open.
Parking
Parking around HBF Park is very limited with most areas restricted to residents through the City of Vincent.

Prohibited Items
The following items are prohibited from entering HBF Park:
· Alcoholic beverages
· Illicit drugs
· Selfie sticks
· Aluminium cans (including sunscreen cans - sunscreen stations provided at venue)
· Glass bottles (infant feeding bottles and perfume bottles allowed)
· Flares and fireworks
· Musical Instruments including loud hailers and vuvuzelas (unless pre-approved and music pass has been issued)
· Umbrellas
· Laser pointers
· Flagpoles over 1.5 metres in length (unless pre-approved)
· Weapons or anything assessed as a potential weapon
· Animals (guide dogs excepted)
· Articles displaying offensive or political messages
· Cameras with lens larger than 200mm (including digital cameras)
· Audio and video recorders
· Eskies, bags, prams and strollers that cannot be stored underneath a standard venue seat (when collapsed are no larger than 36cm deep x 36cm high)
· Catering from external vendors unless for personal consumption
· Any item deemed by Stadium Management to be either a danger or nuisance
Smoking
HBF Park is a smoke-free venue. Pass outs are available to patrons at all gates. Please hold on to your valid ticket and/or membership card in order to re-enter the venue.

Taxi/Uber rank is located on Bulwer Street.
