Membership FAQs 2023/24 Season

Members are encouraged to email the Membership Department for any time-critical matters. Depending on the urgency of the query, our Membership Department will respond to you outside business hours, time permitting.

Fans wishing to attend home games can purchase either a full or part-season Membership which grants access to either 13 or 5 home games. Fans living interstate, or in regional WA, can select from our Deep Purple or Country Memberships. For more details, please see FAQ #3 below.

Our Deep Purple Membership includes 1 ticket to any 2 Home or Away Fixtured Games. Requests for tickets must be submitted 2 weeks before the chosen match. We also have a Country Membership which includes a Silver Family ticket (2x Adults 2x Juniors). This Membership is only available to those who live 75km or more from the Perth CBD.

Children must be 16 years of age or under at the time of purchase and each child’s date of birth must be given at the time of application. Children aged 3 years or under will be admitted FREE to Perth Glory FC home games at HBF Park, but will not be provided with a seat. Relevant junior tickets need to be purchased for children occupying seats.

Australian Aged Pension, Seniors Card, Disability Pension Card and Full Time Tertiary Student ID Cards will all be accepted. Please notify the club of your concession type and relevant card number on application to avoid any delays in receiving your Membership. All concession Members must have identification available for presentation upon entry on match day and when requested whilst at the ground.

Members can expect to receive an email confirming their address prior to Memberships being sent. Once addresses have been updated, Members will be advised of their ETA. The standard turnaround time for Memberships purchased from October onwards is approximately two weeks.

Unfortunately not. We are unable to facilitate tours of the stadium. However, where possible, we will work with the venue to try and obtain as much information as possible.

There are 25 ACROD parking bays available at Loton Park which is located on Lord Street in close proximity to Gate 4. There are also 6 ACROD bays on Brewer Street (closest to the Pier Street end). Costs are applicable and are set by City of Vincent. Alternatively, we recommend utilizing the drop-off and pick-up zone which is situated on Bulwer Street in close proximity to Gate 1.

Parking around HBF Park is very limited. We recommend making use of your Free public transport and suggest parking at your local bus/ train station.

Yes, you will have free access to public transport 3 hours before and after our home games. Please see the Public Transport Authority website for full schedules and timetables.

Perth Glory Football Club does not allow for the refund of Membership purchases unless there are exceptional personal circumstances. Refunds will not be given if the Membership holder changes their mind. Membership applications will be processed as they are received and cannot be withdrawn once processed. There are no refunds on the basis of specific seat allocation or dissatisfaction with the provision of individual elements of the entitlements. You will need to contact the Membership Team to arrange a replacement card/ticket. In cases where a replacement card needs to be ordered, a $15 reprint fee must be paid. In the event you are without a card/ ticket for a home game you can visit the Membership Desk located at Gate 1 who can issue a lost ticket voucher. The Membership Desk is open 90 minutes prior to kick-off time. You can also send an email prior to arriving at the venue, which will allow our staff time to arrange a replacement ticket ahead of your arrival.

For Members’ convenience, you can visit the Perth Glory Membership Desk located to the left of Gate 1 at HBF Park. The Membership Desk is open 90 mins prior to kick-off time.

All Membership cards are transferrable as long as the person using them is of the same price category. For example, adults are not permitted to use a Junior Membership cards, nor can an Adult use a Concession Membership card. Please be aware that you may be asked to present your valid concession card if entering on a Concession Membership.

You can upgrade your Membership on match day by visiting one of the Ticketmaster Ticket Windows at HBF Park and paying an upgrade fee. Junior Member cards and tickets have different barcodes which alert ticket scanners to check that the person presenting the card/ ticket upon entry is a child. If you attempt to enter as an adult, using a junior Member pass you will likely be stopped and referred to a supervisor.

Yes, you can set up a payment plan and arrange to pay off your membership in 7 payments, excluding the initial payment. Our payment plan can only be set up against a valid credit card as we do not have the ability to direct debit. There is a small fee of $1 per forward payment which will be no more than $6 in total. Please refer to the Terms and Conditions for further information.

By default, Memberships will be placed on the Paperless Auto-Renewal Payment Plan which consists of 7 equal instalments, with all payments equivalent to the total package price. The initial amount is due immediately and the remaining 6 payments will be spread equally over 6 months to be deducted on the 17th of each month. Members can rest assured that their Membership will automatically renew, thus re-securing your Membership entitlements.

Only Shed Members or Shed ticket holders are allowed into the Shed. Members may contact the PGFC Membership team prior to match day to request a Shed Ticket swap. Ticket swap requests will be reviewed depending on availability.

Should one of the children classed as a Junior in your family turn 17 throughout the season, they will still remain a Junior card holder until the end of the season. Prior to auto-renewals, the club will contact you to explain your options. From this point, all four family Members will be classed as four individual members. As a courtesy to Members, we offer a “Transitional Discount” of 10% off the entire price when renewing into your new applicable categories.

We have two allocated alcohol-free blocks; Blocks S217 and S223. In addition, we have several blocks that make up our family- friendly zone; S218, S217, S118, S117. A copy of the stadium map can be found HERE

Unfortunately not. Your Membership solely covers the games outlined in your specific package. However, should you be travelling interstate and wish to attend an away game, Members are welcome to email the Membership Department for details on any special offers.

Your Membership solely covers the games outlined in your specific package which is exclusively tied to the ISUZU UTE A-League Men’s competition. Where possible, the club will endeavour to provide discounted ticket offers for other competitions exclusively to Members.
